Come down to the Community Garden Saturday afternoon, May 17th.  Our official “Kick-off” is 1-3PM.  Mayor Martin has been invited to make a short speech.  Pot luck..  Kids have been busy preparing the beds and will be ready to plant something!  Lots of volunteer hours have produced what you’ll see.  Be a part of this.  It’s so exciting. I couldn’t wait…planted strawberries and collards a month ago.  Now have to plan to protect them..You can have space for your garden.  Bring your gloves, rakes & shovels.  See ya’.
