Almost 100 students and teachers from Ansted Middle School, Ansted, WV will visit the museum on Wednesday, March 24, 2015, as part of the social studies education about segregation and civil rights.  They will arrive in two groups and have the opportunity to view the DuBois history through school produced newspapers, pictures and artifacts. Board members, volunteers and former students will be in attendance to discuss and have meaningful conversations about experiences.

Additionally, these students will have the opportunity to take part in painting  of the mural that is to be mounted to the building this summer.
